Best Netbook Out At The Moment Which Would Suite My Needs?

Hi everyone
I want a netbook which has the following specs(please state model and brand):
-At least 80gb hdd
-10 inch screen (by the way what is the biggest screen which would still be considered a netbook)
-Best processor and ram out at the moment for netbooks
-Under AUD$500
And just out of curiousity what exactly would be considered a netbook?
