This is great. It is MUCH more useful as a primary interface than Ubuntu Netbook Remix (UNR), but it needs a name . . . Searching for:kde netbook plasmagives waayyyy too many other hits and little of this. As for names, how about a contest, please? My initial suggestions:KNR (KDE Netbook Remix) mini-plasma (it can scale down further than just netbooks)mini-KDEPlasmettePlasmalet (has a nice “tablet” ring to it)…

This was what Plasma was originally designed for: a flexible system that brings you closer to the information you need. Now we are starting to realize the benefits of it.I presume there’ll be some way to switch from, “normal” to, “netbook” mode. Props to the developers so far!

this is very nice indeed :) I’m doing something along these lines for the nokia handheld devices at the moment.I am building the liqbase framework which allows fully recursive zooming and stepping around the system.theres a couple of youtube videos which show what I’m upto.

Very nice theme, widgets, and other various eye candy! Is it buggy as KDE4 is sort of known for?
