Hi I Have Recently Purchased A Acer Aspire Netbook And Cant Seemable To Install Skype For Linux Anyione Help?

i have skype on my windows vista laptop but all i seem to have on the linux netbook is a load of code do i have to copy n paste something im really confused..all advice welcome

    u gotta google or check out LINUX forums.
    most retailers are selling laptops wit LINUX FOR A CHEAP PRICE, but consumers dont really know wat they are getting themselves into since they dont have any experience with it. its a headache ffixing issues since u have to enter commands in the terminal.;
