how huge a difference it is on surfing and office work after you’ve replaced the ram to a 2gb despite the gaming results?

I’m finding it runs much smoother with the 2GB RAM – which is not a surprise.

Thanks for the reply. And yet another question, what are your thoughts on the other netbooks that featuring almost exactly the same properties on the hardwares, softwares and mostly importantly over 9 hours of battery life while 50 dollars cheaper at the same time? I actually somehow am willing to pay 50 dollars more just for the design and look.

It works just fine for those purposes. That noted I’m still not personally sold on the netbook as a primary device. The screen real estate alone is a major issue if you are using it constantly and it is better a companion device than a primary one. But will it work… yes…

sir, do you recommend this netbook just for school usage,, ? i just wanna work on some word documents, internet brownsing, basic stuff… is it really worth it ?
