It is possible to get skype working by downloading Fedora 7 version, installing everything, then pressing left Altï»¿ F2 type “skype” in the box that pops up, press enter and it’s working, repeat whenever you want to use it – Alt F2 return (skype will be there in the box from last time.

hey im having the same problem, every time i try to play a video on my acer aspire one Mplayer opens and says “video codec not found” sound will play but there is no video. i know its not the movie because it plays justï»¿ fine on my vista desktop. if anyone could help this would be greatly appreciated. thankyou

I haven’t used the Aspire One personally, and I haven’tï»¿ seen a Linpus version of it in a long time, so I couldn’t say. Sorry I couldn’t be of any help.
